Star Wars Legos

Star Wars Legos come in all shapes and sizes. This set is big with a lot of features. The sail barge Is About 18 "long, making This set One of the bigger sets in its price range. One of the best features of this September Is that the sides of the barge open, permitting access to interior features and a good way of Placing figures.

There is a convention's worth of figures In This September. Of course there is Jabba, But You Also get Lando Calrissian, Han Solo, Princess Leia, though I was less than thrilled by her slave costume top, Luke Skywalker, Boba Fett, and a Gamorrean guard. You get a Sarlacc Pit Also with swiveling jaws. The Sarlacc Pit is one of the lesser features In This September. The jaws are a bit too small to comfortably fit a character into the mouth. Some of the character details are excellent. Particularly I enjoy Boba Fett and Lando's helmets.

In Addition to the opening sides, the barge includes a swiveling gun and has lots of flat areas for figures. You could Easily add many more figures to the deck of the barge. You may need to remove the sails for figure placement, but the sails are Relatively easy to remove and replace. You could just leave off one or Both for play, and return them for display. There is Also a caged area on the barge. Numerous small details on the barge make nice touches. There are poultry legs, a variety of hand weapons, and a snake. The barge is full of features That will invite creativity in display or play.
Another nice feature of this is the desert skiff September. The skiff is about 8 "long, and has a swiveling plank. The skiff Also has its own stand That makes it easy to display or use in play.

This set is priced higher than many Lego sets. This set Also has many many more features than Lego sets. This set Could Easily be a centerpiece to a Star Wars diorama or a collection of Star Wars Lego sets. Because This set is so large, even a larger collection with Numerous sets Will Find That This set fits in well. I highly recommend this September for your Star Wars .

Nintendo 3DS XL - Blue/Black

Follow Me on Pinterest
If one looks at the 3DS With An unbiased, objective point of view, there is a lot to love. It was basically a next-gen successor of Nintendo DS console's vastly successful, with the horse-power of a console Somewhere Between the Gamecube and the Wii. It Utilized a very cool 3-D effect That, when done right, really adds to the overall immersion of the gaming experiences available on it. Everything was an improvement on the original DS. Granted, it had some caveats and Also issues as well.

The 3DS XL does a very good job delivering the goodness of the original 3DS, while making vast improvements over its smaller brother original. In this review, I will focus on the Differences and this model makes improvements on the 3DS line. I'll warn you right now, this is a long review. If you do not like long reviews, then you may want to skip this. : PScreen Size: With a title That includes "XL," obviously the Increase in size is the biggest difference Between This and the original 3DS. It may be easy to hear that the screens are 90% bigger than the original, but it really is a stark difference When you take the system out of the package and see it for yourself.

The XL's screens are HUGE Compared to the original. It's comparable to the jump Between the DSi and the DSXL, For those savvy to What that means, but In This case its even bigger screen Because the top is in a widescreen format. DESPITE the size Increase, the picture is still crisp and pops with nice detail. Because I thought the screen That would be bigger, but same resolution With The as the original, the XL's picture would be distorted and fuzzy, but that's not the case here.

I've put the detail screen Rigorous testing and quality through since buying the system, playing many different games, and the bigger picture really makes the scenery more detailed than I ever noticed before. It's no exaggeration to say That the games actually feel new Greater detail due to this. It's great!Screen quality: Instead of the top half of the XL having a shiny, glossy finish of the screen and the area around it That the original featured, the 3DSXL features an almost "smoothed over" That was meant to finish lessen glare from the sun or other lights from bothering your eyes. It actually makes quite a difference.

The trade-off Is that the back-lighting Seems just a smidgen less bright, but not much at all. One of the biggest problems I had With The Original 3DS was the problem of "ghosting." It was frequent Especially in games with areas of high contrast. This was a common issue people had With The Original 3DS, but I have not noticed it much at all yet With The XL. This is a big plus for me, Because ghosting That was one of my biggest flus With The Original.

I made my peace with it though, ghosting Because Occurs naturally from time to time with the tech being Utilized in the 3DS, but mostly gone to Have It is a real treat here. The colors in the XL seem brighter and a bit more vibrant as well. The touch screen is really nicely made, and Seems to be a slight improvement on the original, but the difference is negligible. The saying, "If It Is not broke, do not fix it," comes to mind.

LeapPad 2 Review

                                       LeapPad 2

I purchased the LeapPad 2 for my children for a 6 hour airplane ride. I also Purchased the carrying case and the ac adapter. i have already Purchased a duracell rechargeable battery system from costco so I Brought That along as well. the LeapPad did exactly what i had hoped it would do.

It is packed full of excellent apps, the art and the pet pad app keep the kids totally entertained. for our free app i downloaded rollie polly picnic and it's very cool. I really did not want to be stuck with crazy kids on the airplane so I purchased some additional apps, honestly, i did not really need to. after reading many reviews I purchased stretchy monkey Because It is kindof like angry birds but educational and not angry, i also puchased mr. Doodleburg saves pencil.

From what i can tell, mr. pencil is the biggest hit but They play both. i also Purchased two video because i thought my almost 3 year old would like them but he's not really into screens at all. I purchased one e-book, The Cinderella one (even though i have boys!) and They love it! The e-books are quite pricey, i felt like a bit of a fool Because buying it i should really just be reading to them on the plane, but That being said i was blown away by the video quality of the book. Also it is incredibly interactive ... very very interesting. the whole system is very high quality, durable, the video quality is amazing.

I'm so glad that I purchased this tablet over an adult or even the InnoTab. I've had luck with LeapFrog products before, and this one exceeded my expecations Certainly. i mean, if i bought my kids an adult tablet i would be Concerned about them dropping it, scratching it, breaking it.

The LeapPad is made to withstand tough treatment kid and I Do not Want to Have to micro-manage them ... kids drop things and it would be sad if a young child felt rotten and guilty for breaking an ipad tablet or any other adult. LeapPad this is theirs, They treat it well, it is designed to be used by young children. I am an outdoorsy hands-on mom and I set limits to screen time. I'm not big on electronics but This Item Certainly has a time and place and my kids are learning When they are playing. i could not be more pleased.

Cards Against Humanity Review

As a Kickstarter supporter of this game, I got my copy in the mail a couple weeks ago. But as you can see from the "Verified Purchase" badge On this review, I bought a second copy here. Is there any higher praise in the modern world than giving someone money? I Say That there is: giving someone more money.

You want me to say something about the game itself?
Cards Against Humanity has an absolutely universal ability. Play it with a group of friends long enough and everyone winds up offended at one point. Also It is a great game to help you get to know people you thought you knew. "Wait, why do you think 'Road Head' is an acceptable answer to '________. Kid tested, mother approved.'?"

I wanted this game, but it was sold out and 3rd party sellers Were charging $ 70 - $ 100 for what is a $ 25 dollar Usually game. DON "T DO IT. You do not have to go without! Go to the manufacturers website. There is a PDF version you can print on at home or take to a printer and Have your own temporary or trial version for $ 10. I did this yesterday, and my friends and I played last night. It was great fun! I still plan to buy a full version When they are available again at normal pricing, but I could not wait to try it out. You Can Also print to copy and give it as a gift with a little note saying the full version is coming. STILL it'll cost you less than buying from a folding and reseller. Creative Commons This is a game, and IMHO is ripping people off against the whole notion of Creative Commonshttp://www.amazon.com/Sound-Logic-Android-Netbook-72-5577/dp/B007CVTQJG

Logic Android 2.3 7-Inch Review

Critical review This Item I purchased a few months ago, and thought it was a pretty good deal for the money. Well, yesterday the piece of junk will not load past the Android screen Soundlogic XT.

Also, when i plug in the charger, it shuts down completely! Unfortunately, there is no number for service With This item included. When I called a company named Soundlogic, which i found on the Google search engine, I Was Told That They have heard about the product, and They Were in litigation With The company who makes it.

He told me the name of the company, and I was unable to find a contact number for them. UNLESS you do not mind wasting your money, do not buy this item!!

I bought this netbook to replace a former seven-inch screen computer with Windows CE Because It was deadly slow at Internet access. This unit is much faster and With The $ 15 app Also my excel spread sheets handles nicely. The pop-up letter alternates are constatant Interruptions to word processing.
